Fighting Success

One thing at the Income Edge we always stress is, "make sure there's a market". Affiliates are selling things, good products, but there is no market. Simple rule:

No buyers, No interest, No Sales

Simple, but human nature takes over especially for the beginner, and then frustration because nobody is buying. Everyone who started in this business resists being told what to do. Oh, you remember a few things that make sense to you, but it seems we all must learn the hard way.

This is advantageous for the existing marketers the confusion, the frustration, will either make you quit or look for answers. Answers is what the marketer is selling and they will gladly sell it to you. If it works for you or not who knows. As mentioned in our last post your business starts with you, your experiences, interests, and goals. What works for one doesn't always work for another.

So, What Can You Do?

Find someone you like, find a program that makes sense for you, and learn the basics. From there you will learn what other avenues are available for making cash. Even the guys at the top of the marketing chain are always testing new ways to make money. This tells you the Internet is still untapped and there is plenty of room for You.

We learn more from the failures if we want to. Some people try once, conclude this doesn't work and on to the next item. I don't want to bore you to much with philosophical thought, but we are a quick fix, fast food, want it yesterday society. You MUST take that into account when you develop your business.

Personally, I spent years researching health and natural cures. I know it works, but try to get someone to understand it takes a little longer for the body to respond compared to a drug. Try to explain the long term benefits of natural health compared to drug therapy. You might have an answer that you know works, but there not Buying. Not a thing you can do.

Don't fight success, don't fight the customer, your best bet is to give them what they want.

The Edge
